Established in 1886, during the early days of the Gauteng Gold Rush, and located in the East Rand – the town of Germiston stretches across 143.27 km2 and lies between Boksburg, Johannesburg and Alberton. Acting as the seat of the City of Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality, Germiston has been established as an area alive with commerce and industry. This hub of steel manufacturing, engineering, distribution and logistics has developed rapidly into a coveted area for industrial and commercial property.
